Tommy's Homepage

Tommy (Tom Buchan) lives in a small village just outside Peterhead in Aberdeenshire with his long suffering wife. After gaining and HND in Electronics he has spent the last twenty five years maintaining and operating ROVs (Remotely Operated Underwater Vehicles) for use in the Oil Industry. He currently maintains a Workclass ROV for a diving company based in Aberdeen. Hobbies include: Driving fast cars, looking for remote air crash sites, eating curries and drinking malt whiskies. He's pictured here posing in front of a supply vessel in Sicily some years ago (prat!).

Tommy has finally sold his old "Spitfire" (Vauxhall Vx220) for what can only be described as a Messerschmitt Me262? Incredibly fast but not too many miles to the gallon, gulp! |

before setting out across the Aonach Eagach ridge on a fine Summer's day
July 06, not as scary a ridge as the books would indicate!
