Westland Wallace on Bennachie
In November 2000 Dogbreath and myself went up Bennachie once more in the search for a Westland Wallace which crashed in September of 1939. This was the second time that I'd looked for the plane being unable to find any trace of it the first time. Luck would have it that it was the only beautiful day we had in November, found the wreck site with little problem.
Looking back towards Mither Tap from the wreckage. Dogbreath examines the twisted remains. A panting Dogbreath poses at the site. A worried Dogbreath looks at the camera having been shouted at to sit still!
